Concurrent List (52 subjects):

- Criminal law, including criminal procedure
- Transfer of property other than agricultural land
- Contracts, including partnership and agency
- Actionable wrongs
- Bankruptcy and insolvency
NOTE:Some examples of subjects that have been transferred from the State List to the Concurrent List include:
